This is where you will find a quick reference for questions/issues that seem to keep popping up as well as some answers/solutions for them.

1. My RP threads are missing, where are they!? I wasn't done yet!
If it's been a while since anyone has replied to them (over about 4-6 months or so) then they are likely in the archives. In this case, you can inform a staff member, and we will be more than happy to 'revive' it for you. Just tell us what universe it was in and what the title of the thread was.

2. I miss a lot of things in the cbox...I feel like I'm missing out...
Unfortunately, that's the case with some of us... different time zones are a pain in the butt. However, please don't fret over this. Most of what goes on in the cbox is cracktastic, OoC, or people getting a feel for the character in a specific setting. Additionally and as per the rules, ONLY the RPs that have been recorded in a thread will ever be counted as canon on the board. So don't worry, you may not be able to get in the box all the time and interact, but anything important that shall be taken into canon WILL be posted for you to review.

3. Whoa, what happened to the AU that was up before?
If at anytime an AU becomes highly inactive over a long period of time, it is in danger of being moved into the "Inactive AU" board. These can be retrieved if one member posts in the "AU Revival" revival thread and has at least 4 other members reply stating that they would like to see it back as well.

4. HELP!! I don't know what the heck to do with this mini-profile information. What Goes here? What goes there!?
Mini-profile problems, huh? Check out this thread for help! If that doesn't help you quite enough, feel free to contact an Admin.

5. OK. Chatango Chatbox...what is up with you?
Good question. They keep updating it, but we've put together a little guide that should be able to help you. Unless you mean why aren't you working, then I suggest you try refreshing or waiting. Or poke people on Skype, etc. --there's nothingwe can do about it not working, sorry..

6. So... I can play a Nyo, or 2P character now...?

7. I have a cool idea for an Event/Award/etc that could be beneficial or cool to add to the boards!
Awesome!! We love member feedback and try to take it into consideration when possible--so drop your ideas and suggestions in the suggestion thread and we'll see what we can do!
