Nyo/2P Compromise [THE RESULTS ARE IN!!!]

In light of the latest poll showing that there is a desire to start incorporating 2Ps & Nyos on Timeless but a split down the middle pretty much on just how to incorporate them, we’ve tried to formulate a compromise where separate account format & purely mini-bio format are both used:
Regarding Nyos
Since we have more canon material on Nyo personalities etc. available to us than 2Ps, this makes them a bit better suited for applications/admin evaluation and members will be able to apply for Nyo characters like 1P/canon characters. Nyos will count toward the character limit (which is currently set at 3) regardless of if the member plays the 1P version of the character already, & thus require new accounts. They will not be permitted in canonverse since canon doesn’t have them co-representing the countries outside of Estonia’s dream-state, but they will be able to take part in all AUs.
Regarding 2Ps
Since admins look to canon material and real life sources to evaluate applications for different canon nations and OC Nations regarding the cultures, personalities, etc. a 2P character may be very different from mun to mun because these details haven’t been officially set (it is 100% fandom-based). 2Ps will exist on the forum as bonus forms of current characters. Members wanting to make use of this opportunity will tack a general profile of their 2P (a format for which we will provide) to their 1P application to give everyone a sense of what their 2P is like, & then be able to use that 2P in AUs alongside their 1P. The use of 2P alone in an AU will only be permitted if someone is completely stuck on how to incorporate their 1P character. Members will be able to create 2P profiles for any/all of their 1P/Nyo characters hypothetically, though realistically, it is doubtful anyone would play 3 2Ps on top of 3 characters across the AUs; it is more likely that they will be used here and there, because taking on a 2P in a verse means more plots, bios, etc. A template will be made available for 2Ps to use for RP posts as well, to make them easier to identify since their use will not require new/separate accounts.
It is felt that this way perhaps best takes into account the dissatisfaction the initial proposal/purely mini-bio way received and the mixed feelings on having both 2Ps & Nyos apply with separate accounts. It is not perfect, and concerns/thoughts on it can be sent to Boss, but it is unlikely to change as further dissecting of the issue to find the "best approach" will likely only lead to more member frustration & delayed implementation of anything.
