Lucia sat at the table completely bored, she had taken out her last target only two hours ago and was already bored and was simply hanging around waiting for a contract to be given to her. Logically, she could have been practicing to shoot with even greater proficiency, yet there was no fun shooting at a wooden target, sadly though nothing had come yet. Dejectedly, pouring herself a glass of wine, she impatiently tapped the table, she was in the mood for making quick money and as they said "money was time" unfortunately her time was being shamelessly wasted. Lucia could make money at the expense of others! Something she personally found hilarious, her job was basically shooting a guy, make sure they're dead and then collect the payment! It was such a rewarding job in her opinion that Lucia wouldn't be against taking over the jobs of her colleagues as well!
She very much doubted that the other two snipers would agree sadly. Amelia in particular, which was what made Lucia create a delightfully "friendly" rivalry with the other girl. They both were seemingly so similar that it was only logical for her to see which one of them was better, Lucia already knew what the answer was, Amelia, on the other hand, may have to be shown this answer with her own eyes. This was unfortunately impossible, due to the fact that she lacked a damn contract to work with, a reality which frustrated her to no end.
Sipping her wine glass thoughtfully, she was eventually beginning to convince herself that she wouldn't get anything else tonight and was considering leaving for her apartment. Lucia's bosses could hardly blame her for not wanting to do work, after all, she had stayed at the HQ for two hours already and she had bills to pay for goodness sake! Suddenly, she heard a door opening to the room, would it be a contract? Or perhaps some uninteresting member of the Chronos family? Or maybe even perhaps a fellow sniper? Sipping her wine to not seem excited about meeting another person after just sitting there, she waited to see who would come out of the shadows.
