Hello everyone!
We have some great news for you!
Firstly, SURPRISE!ZOMBIES are definitely going to happen!
The poll was unanimous and we are going to set that into motion as soon as possible
Secondly, we are going back to our old allowance of THREE CHARACTERS PER MEMBER.
You'll have to work a little for them, but this is to ensure that activity is upheld as one takes on other characters. The guidelines are as follows:
☛ FIRST CHARACTER: Simply request one in the character list thread!
☛ SECOND CHARACTER: Have 20 IC posts with your First Character; Membership of at least 1 month.
☛ THIRD CHARACTER: Have 40 IC posts with your First Character and 20 IC posts with your Second Character (or vice versa); Membership of at least 3 months.
Thirdly, we have decided that we will count COMPLETED Mini-Bios as IC posts.
These will contribute to the IC posts required to optain a second or third character, but can also be used in ACS. HOWEVER. they can only be used in ACs if they were posted IN THEIR COMPLETION. Think of them as being like the posts you normally write; you wouldn't just throw up something half-completed for an AC would you? And you wouldn't post a reply to anyone unless it was completely finished, right? So, if you want to use a mini-bio for the AC, treat and post them like you would a normal reply!
☛ For example, if you post a completed mini-bio during July, you can us this for the AC in August.
☛ You CANNOT, however, post an incomplete bio and use that for an AC. Nor can you use a bio you posted incompletely, for example, back in June (or earlier), finish it in July, and submit it or an August AC.
Finally, we have officially updated our posting minimum.
Before you freak out, don't. It's still very low and manageable for you busy bees. In the past, it was more or less just required that you write a good paragraph of at least 5 sentences--we realized that such was actually incredulously minimalistic. However, it was also an unspoken rule that one should aim for 150-200 words in each post. Thankfully, none of our members have had an issue with meeting this goal and we decided to make it official so that there would be no confusion as to 'what is enough' for a post. From henceforth, the minimum word count shall be 200.
