Cbox Outage + Temp Fix

Hey guys!
As you've noticed, Chatango is not currently working. The entire server is actually sort of suffering a DDOS attack by 4chan, from what I've gathered, but they're working to put it all back in order, don't worry.
As a quick fix for now, we've put the Shoutbox back down at the bottom of the forum if you guys need or want to talk quickly.
Hopefully, this will blow over soon, but for now, feel free to use the Shoutbox at your leisure.
