Hey there Reed! Fff we need to plot out things with our boys; tho I already have an idea of what I want with mine |D;
As for non-criminal or non-law enforcers, I would say no. I mean there is the grunt position in the criminals for those who were just married/joined in or the children, but I think innocent “bystanders”(?) will be left up for NPCs. And of course, each member of the crime organization can also be working a normal job as a side as well, so they can try to blend in with the commoners, if they wish. uwu

Have ya'll come to a consensus regarding the Family "names" other than family A-C?
It can be just generic things if anything but once that is up, we can start makin' a board for this AU proper. Everything else looks pretty decent!
