The Chronos, due to their more hands-on and aggressive approach to their business, have taken to setting up in the underground to protect their members. Numerous tunnels and rooms create their headquarters, and the entrance is heavily guarded and is all but impossible to find if you are not part of the family.

Here, you can turn in any information related to wrongdoings in the city. It's also the obvious place for the cities beloved officers to gather--it's a bit dangerous to comfortably meet elsewhere anyway. You never know WHO is watching.

This area is devoted to the nightlife and less than tasteful business of the city. The brothels, bars, and night clubs line the streets and make for a rather tempting way to spend the evening--just be wary of what lurks in the alleys.

The historical downtown has very few shops and large businesses. Most are mom and pop stores with a few pawn shops sprinkled here and there for good measure.
